None appears on behalf of either of the parties. This matter is pending in the list since 15.11.2022 and has been called on each day of working of this court since that date. Inspite of that no one is appearing. The petitioner is found to be not interest in this case. Therefore, the same is taken up today for disposal on merit. The petitioners challenges the entire proceedings arising in connection with Anandapur Police State case no. 213 of 2015 dated 11.07.2015 under Sections 420/406/120B IPC, the connected ACGR case no. 4152 of 2015. The crux of allegation against the present petitioners is that they enter into criminal conspiracy and induced the defecto complainant to part with an amount of Rs. 4.35 lakhs. They undertook in exchange of the said deceived money to instal elevator but did not maintain their undertaking.

On perusal of the entire materials available on record and the grounds made up by the petitioner I am constrained to find that the grounds thereof are not sufficient and cogent enough to warrant this court's interference into the impugned order. Hence, in my considered opinion the revision is liable to be dismissed. Criminal Revision being CRR 481 of 2016 is dismissed. Connected application being CRAN 9 of 2020 (Old no: CRAN 824 of 2020) is also dismissed.
