Petitioner has prayed for transfer of the case from the court of the learned CJM, Berhampore, Murshidabad to the court of the learned CJM, Krishnanagar, Nadia.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner/husband is unemployed, while the wife is earning a sum of Rs.35,000/- per month. It has also been submitted that another case is pending at Krishnanagar, Nadia and the husband has also to look after his old ailing mother. Having considered the submissions so advanced on behalf of the petitioner, particularly in respect of a case under Section 125 of Cr.P.C., I am of the view that no interference can be made on the reasons so assigned for transferring the case. Accordingly, CRR 773 of 2024 is dismissed.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently dismissed.
