The District Inspector of Schools (Primary Education), Pipulpati, P.O. and District - Hooghly, PIN - 712 103, West Bengal has failed to disburse his retirement benefits including provident fund and no order has been passed in this regard.

Mr. Sirsanya Bandopadhyay, learned advocate appears for the State.

Heard both the parties.

The District Inspector of Schools (Primary Education), Pipulpati, P.O. and District - Hooghly being the respondent no.3 in the instant petition is requested to give an opportunity of hearing to the writ petitioner and allow the petitioner to produce all relevant documents before him and thereafter the respondent no.3 will pass a reasoned order to that effect. The whole exercise should be completed within three months from date.

The petitioner is requested to serve a notice upon the District Inspector of Schools (Primary Education), Pipulpati, P.O. and District - Hooghly annexing the order of this Court within seven days from date.

The writ petition is disposed of.
