The Report filed by the DLF-1 Gurugram Police Station through mail dated 15.06.2023 addressed to the learned Registrar Administration ( L & OM), High Court, Calcutta stating that the petitioner i.e. Ashok Kumar Arya has expired on 29.11.2020 supported by a photocopy of the death certificate. The said report be kept on record.

Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and disposed of accordingly. Copy of the order be sent to the trial court for necessary information.
