1. The writ application has been preferred praying for directions upon the respondents herein to determine the retiral dues including pension of the petitioners deceased father including gratuity, family pension and employees deposit link, insurance funds scheme and also provident fund dues.

2. It appears that the petitioners through their lawyer has filed a representation

dated 20.12.2024 praying for the reliefs as prayed for in the writ application.

3. It is stated that till date the said representation has not been considered by the respondent authorities.

4. On hearing the learned counsel for the parties and on perusal of the materials on record the writ application is disposed of with the directions that the respondents No. 1 to 4 shall consider the representation dated 20.12.2024 filed by the petitioners herein, on giving a hearing to the petitioner and all other stake holders and decide the claim of the petitioners herein within three months from the date of this order, by passing a reasoned order, in accordance with law.

5. The said respondents are also at liberty to release the dues in favour of the petitioners, if the same is found to be legally due to the petitioners.

6. Writ application stands disposed of.

7. All connected application, if any, stands disposed of.

8. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

9. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this judgment, if applied for, be supplied to the parties, expeditiously after complying with all necessary legal formalities.
