...for the State This matter was mentioned by Mr. Mahato, learned Counsel for the petitioners for correction of the order dated 19th July, 2021 in which we have directed the Additional District Magistrate and District Land & Land Reforms Officer, Paschim Medinipur to consider the representation.

It is submitted by Mr. Mahato that presently it falls within the jurisdiction of Jhargram after bifurcation of the District. Accordingly, the Additional District Magistrate and District Land & Land Reforms Officer, Jhargram is directed to consider the representation in terms of our earlier order dated 19th July, 2021.

The order dated 19th July, 2021 stands modified only to the extent as indicated hereinbefore.
