From the affidavit it is noted that the order dated 11.07.2025 has been complied with. The Executive Engineer (Building) department, Borough IX, KMC has passed a speaking order dated 20.05.2026 in terms of the representation of the petitioner.

In terms of the above, nothing survives in the present contempt petition. Copy of the compliance affidavit is handed over to the petitioner.

The petitioner is at liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law in case the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the respondent. 5.

With the aforesaid directions, the present contempt petition is disposed of.
