Mr.Narayan Prasad Agarwal, along with Mr. Pratick Bose, learned Advocates who usually appears on behalf of the State is requested to appear in this revisional application. Learned Public Prosecutor is requested to regularize the appointment of Mr. Narayan Prasad Agarwal and Mr. Pratick Bose. The revisional application has been taken up for hearing. On perusal of the revisional application, it is found that it was initiated in the year 2010, assailing the order dated 22.1.2010 passed by the learned 4th Metropolitan Magistrate, Calcutta in connection with Complaint Case No. 5794 of 2006. On careful perusal of the certified copy of the order impugned, I find that the learned Magistrate just rejected adjournment application filed on behalf of the accused and issued warrant of arrest against him on 22.1.2010 fixing the delivery judgment. I do not find either any illegality or irregularity in the order itself.

I find hardly scope to interfere with the order assailed. Thus, the revisional application stands disposed of . (Bibhas Ranjan De, J. )
