Mr. Pravas Bhattacharyya, along with Mr. Sandip Chakraborty, learned Advocates who usually appears on behalf of the State is requested to appear in this revisional application. Learned Public Prosecutor is requested to regularize the appointment of Mr. Pravas Bhattacharyya and Mr. Sandip Chakraborty.

The revisional application has been taken up for hearing. This revisional application is pending since 2010 and the petitioner was directed to serve copy upon the opposite party no. 2. None appears on behalf of the petitioner and the opposite party no. 2 are not present.

On careful perusal of the order, I find that on 26.10.2009, the learned A.C.J.M., Rampurhat just passed an order as follows:- "No ER of W.A. is received against the accused Anandadulal Mondal issued reminder "fixed 5.5.2010 for ER of WA". I do not find either any illegality or irregularity in the order quoted above.

I find hardly scope to interfere with the order assailed. Thus the revisional application is disposed of accordingly.
