Mr. Arabinda Manna ...for the State Typographical error in the order dated March 14, 2023 pointed out on behalf of the learned advocate for petitioner be corrected.

In page 2 line number 6 from top, the word "petitioner" in the sentence, "Apparently, the petitioner is involved in the defalcation of sums belonging to a Bank" be replaced with "opposite party no.2".

The department will incorporate such correction in the order dated March 14, 2023.
