Learned Public Prosecutor is requested to regularize the appointment of Mr. Pravas Bhattacharyya and Mr. Sandip Chakraborty.

The revisional application has been taken up for hearing. It is found that it was initiated in the year 2010 challenging the order dated 22.1.2010 passed by the learned 4th Metropolitan Magistrate, Calcutta in connection with the Complaint Case No. 5795 of 2006 whereby the learned Magistrate issued warrant of arrest of the accused after rejecting the prayer for adjournment and fixing on 28.1.2010 for E.R..

I do not find any irregularity or illegality in the order to interfere with under Section 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The revisional application is dismissed.
