On perusal of the order dated 20th March, 2017 passed by a Coordinate Bench in the connected writ petition, it appears that for compliance of the directions as contained in the said order, the District Panchayat and Rural Development Officer, Purulia and the Pradhan, Chhirudih Gram Panchayat, Purulia are required to be arrayed as additional alleged contemnors.

Leave is granted to learned advocate representing the applicant to amend the cause-

title of this contempt application by 26th April, 2024.

After the aforesaid amendment is carried out, the learned advocate representing the applicant is directed to serve notice enclosing the order of this Court and a copy of the contempt application upon the additional alleged contemnors by two weeks thereafter.

List this contempt application under the same heading on 17th May, 2024.
