It is submitted on behalf of the appellant that during the pendency of the appeal, the parties have amicably settled their dispute and accordingly, the appellant is not willing to proceed with the appeal any further.

In the communication addressed to the learned advocate dated 25th August, 2025, it is stated that by the order dated 9th December, 2023, the matter was settled in the National Lok Adalat.

In view thereof, the appeal and the connected applications stand disposed of by recording that the parties have settled their dispute before the Lok Adalat on 9th December, 2023.
