Death of the victim occurred within 20 days of marriage. Police are investigating a case of murder.

Materials in the Case Diary suggest complicity of the petitioners in the incident.

Enlarging the petitions on anticipatory bail will be inimical to such investigation.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM(A) 673 of 2024 is disposed of.
