The petitioners seek to amend the cause title by deleting the present respondent no.2, being the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Siliguri and making the District Controller of Food & Supply, North 24-Parganas, as respondent no.2 in the place and stead of the present respondent no.2.

The nature of correction sought to be made cannot be permitted as it is likely to create confusion in future.

The petitioners are granted liberty to withdraw the writ petition and file a fresh on the same cause of action incorporating proper parties and necessary pleadings to that effect.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn without any order as to costs with liberty to file afresh.
