and have undertaken unauthorised construction on Plot No. 26, J.L. No. 56, Mouza - Kalubati Bhagabatipur, Haripal, Hooghly.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the respondents did not obtain any sanctioned plan from the concerned Panchayat before undertaking the construction, and that the classification of the land had not been converted from 'Sali' to 'Bastu'.

However, learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 11 and 12 has produced a copy of the sanctioned plan as well as the conversion certificate in respect of the relevant land.

In view of the above, I find no merit in the allegations raised by the petitioners.

This order, however, shall not preclude the petitioners

from challenging the sanctioned plan, if they are entitled to do so in accordance with law.

Accordingly, WPA 4745 of 2025 stands dismissed. Urgent certified website copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
