This revisional application has been filed by the defendant for expeditious disposal of the Title Suit No.385 of 2011 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court at Barasat, District 24-Pargans (North). It is the contention of the petitioner that although the suit is at the stage of evidence, there has been very little progress in the suit. The certified copy annexed to the revisional application also supports the contention of the petitioner.

The prayer of the petitioner is innocuous.

This revisional application is disposed of by directing the learned Court below to expedite the hearing of the Title Suit No.385 of 2011 and dispose of the same positively within a period of six months from the next date fixed.

This Court has not gone into the merits of the suit and the learned Court below shall decide the same in accordance with law and independently.

The learned Advocate-on-record for the petitioner is directed to serve copies of this revisional application upon the opposite parties as also the learned Advocate appearing in the learned Court below along with a server copy of this order within a week from date.

The revisional application is disposed of.

There will be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis. (Shampa Sarkar, J.)
