1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties. We have considered the materials on record.

2. Petitioner had kidnapped the victim and taken her outside the State where she was sexually exploited. Vulnerable witnesses are yet to be examined.

3. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
