The Report submitted by the learned Chief Judge, City Sessions Court, Calcutta dated 7.07.2023 forwarding the report of the S.I. of Hare Street Police Station stating that the petitioner i.e. Ghanashyam Das Agarwal @ Beriwala has expired on 23.10.2014 supported by a photocopy of the death certificate. The said report be kept on record.

Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and disposed of accordingly. Copy of the order as well as lower court record be sent to the trial court for necessary information.
