This is an application for restoration of a revisional application to its file.

However, it appears from the order dated 27.02.2020 that the revisional application was dismissed as misconceived. Therefore, this is not a dismissal for default for non-appearance of the petitioner, but a final order passed on merits. Accordingly, the application for restoration is also dismissed as misconceived.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order may be supplied to the parties expeditiously, if applied for.
