Petitioners submit they are the maternal uncle-in-laws of the deceased housewife. They do not reside in the matrimonial home of the housewife. They have been falsely implicated. Accordingly, they pray for anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

We have considered the materials on record. In the FIR, deceased's mother alleged on the night of the incident the deceased had made a phone call and informed her that she was assaulted by her husband, parents-in-law and the maternal uncles-in-law. Thereafter she suffered unnatural death. Post mortem report shows she died due to manual strangulation.

In view of the aforesaid evidence on record and the cause of death of being homicidal, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
