This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of two applications under Order 7 Rule 11 and Order 12 Rule 6 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 filed in connection with Title Suit No.

1011/2022 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 7th Court at Alipore.

Having regard to the nature of the order proposed to be passed prior service of a copy of the revisional application along with a notice on the opposite party is not being directed, however, the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order on the opposite party within a week from date.

Having heard the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner and having considered the

material-on-record this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 7th Court at Alipore to dispose of the two pending applications under Order 7 Rule 11 and Order 12 Rule 6 of the Code as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two months from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

C.O. 723/2026 stands disposed of with the above observation.
