Learned advocate for the State submits that there are substantial materials in possession of the State to contradict such accusations.
Be that as it may, the petitioner has sent representation(s) to the different authorities: one of them being the SDPO, Raghunathpur Sub-Division, Purulia. The
SDPO will consider such representation dated 22.11.2024 and inform regarding the materials in possession of the police authorities to contradict the accusations and/or steps taken in support of the allegations. Such representation may be considered within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order. The SDPO after passing the order will inform the petitioner within two weeks thereafter.
With the aforesaid observations, WPA 4823 of 2025 is disposed of.
Pending application, if any, is also disposed of.
