1. This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of an application under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 and an application under Order 39 Rule 4 read with Section of the Code.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners' submits that the said applications have been pending since long.

2. It is noticed that the applications have been filed only on November 24, 2025.

3. The learned Trial Court is requested to dispose of the said application under Order VII Rule 11 as well as the application under Order 39 Rule 4 of the Code as expeditiously as the business of the learned Court would permit.

4. The petitioner shall serve a copy of this application as well as this order upon the opposite parties within a week from date.

5. CO. 742 of 2026 stands disposed of.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to

compliance with all requisite formalities.
