Md. Sarwar Jahan, learned counsel appears for the alleged contemnor. He has also confirmed this submission made on behalf of the petitioner.

In view of the above, the contempt proceeding being CPAN 350 of 2024 stands dropped and closed. The application being CPAN 350 of 2024 accordingly stands disposed of.
