Petitioner renews the prayer for bail.

The last rejection of the prayer for bail was made on November 10, 2022 passed by the Coordinate Bench in CRM (DB) 3059 of 2022.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that a co-accused was granted bail by the Coordinate Bench on August 29, 2022 in CRM (DB) 2898 of 2022.

The petitioner approached the same Coordinate Bench with a prayer for bail which was rejected on November 10, 2022. There is hardly any material change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection dated November 10, 2022. Witness action is ongoing. The next dates are fixed on March 17, 18, and 20, 2023.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (DB) 804 of 2023 is dismissed.
