5. Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 3989 of 2006 is dismissed for default without any order as to costs.

6. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

7. All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court without insisting upon production of a certified copy thereof.
