This application (CAN No.1 of 2022) has been filed by the petitioner for recalling of the order dated March 23, 2022 dismissing the writ petition (WPA No.4486 of 2022) with costs by pointing out some mistake in submission at the time of hearing as has been explained in para.6 of the application.

Considering the submission of the parties, this application - CAN No.1 of 2022 - is disposed of modifying the order dated March 23, 2022 to the extent that the said writ petition should be treated dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh writ petition.
