The application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 CrPC has been filed apprehending arrest in connection with Durgapur Police Station Case No. 210 of 2020 dated 09.07.2020 under Sections 325/313/379 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

This court notes from the case diary and the materials on record that the charge-sheet has been filed and the petitioners have been absconding all the way.

Having heard the parties, this Court is not inclined to entertain the application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 CrPC.

Hence, C.R.M. 2056 of 2021 stands dismissed.

No order as to costs.
