Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the private respondents have been disturbing the possession of the petitioner so far as enjoyment of the property is concerned and to that effect, serious offences were committed at their behest. Police authorities were informed but the police authorities were reluctant to take any steps.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that pursuant to the incident complained of, police authorities have already registered Jangipara Police Station Case No.37 of 2025 dated 22.01.2025 under the relevant provisions of the BNS, 2023 against one Sk. Sanowar Ali.

Having considered that the police authorities have already taken steps, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that steps are to be taken against others, then in that case, petitioner would approach the investigating officer with further details who will take steps in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 4757 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
