By the impugned order, the learned Judge granted anticipatory bail to the private opposites parties after returning a finding that there were civil disputes between the private parties and that there was a possibility of false implication. The learned Judge also considered the injury report of the victim.

Apparently, the injury suffered by the victim was classified as simple in nature.

There exist civil disputes between the private parties. In such circumstances, we find no material irregularity in the impugned order warranting an interference of the High Court.
