Any person aggrieved by any of the measures taken by the secured creditor under the provisions of the SARFAESI Act for recovery of the secured debt ought to approach concerned Debts Recovery Tribunal for relief. 4.

The Court is not inclined to accept the instant petition. 5.

It will be open for the petitioners to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal for relief in accordance with law, if so advised.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
