Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Ms. Baisali Basu appearing on behalf of the State. Her appearance may be regularized by the concerned authority. The present case is of the year 2001. The order of warrant of arrest was passed in the year 2012. Petitioner is implicated in connection with a case under Sections 399/402 of the Indian Penal Code along with Section 25/27 of the Arms Act. 22 years have passed in the meantime since the offence have committed. Mr. Manas Kumar Das undertakes the petitioner that he will take the responsibility as petitioners are labourers and had been working for their livelihood at different places and in their youth, they were falsely implicated in this case of which they had no knowledge.

Having regard to the fact that there has been change of circumstances with passage of time, if the petitioners surrender by 27th September, 2023, they may be allowed to furnish bond for their release in case a local surety files a property on their behalf

and to undertake not to leave the jurisdiction of the concerned ACJM, Kandi, Murshidabad till further orders of the said court. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 717 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending application, if any, also disposed of. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
