5. Thus, we find no reason to keep this PIL pending.

6. Even otherwise, relief claimed is to start investigation into alleged illegal activities of providing fake, forged document etc.

7. In that event, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to avail the remedy under the criminal law.

8. PIL is dismissed with the aforesaid observations.
