The petitioner complains that the private respondents have constructed additional floor over the above the G+3 floors without obtaining any sanction from the Baidyabati Municipality.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondents has produced copy of the revised plan duly sanctioned by the Municipality in respect of the construction of a G+4 storied structure.

As it appears that the Municipality has already sanctioned G+4 stories to be constructed at the subject premises, accordingly, submission of the petitioner that the additional floor of the subject structure has been

constructed without obtaining any sanction remains unsubstantiated.

In view of the above, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in the instant writ petition.

The writ petition stands dismissed.

Copy of the revised sanctioned plan produced in Court today is taken on record.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
