The present revisional application was preferred in the year 2011 relating to the charge sheet filed in connection with Gopalnagar P.S. case no53 dated 6.4.2007 under section 468/471 of the IPC.

The revisional application reflects that the matter appeared on two occasions i.e.13.6.2011 and 2.6. 2014 when none appeared for the petitioner for pressing the revisional application for admission. Having regard to that fact that no information could be furnished before this court regarding the present stage of proceedings before the court below.

Mr. Bidut Kr. Roy, learned advocate who appears on behalf of the State to assist the court. His appointment may be regularized by the authority. The points canvassed in the revisional application at this belated stage do not called any interference by this court.

Accondingly, CRR 625 of 2011 is dismissed.

Pending applications, if any, is consequently dispose of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.
