... for the State Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that some incurable defects have been cropped up in the application and due to inadvertent mistake identity of the victim has been disclosed in the application. Therefore, the petitioner wants to withdraw the application with liberty to file afresh. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the instant revisional application being CRR No. 962 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh under the self-same grounds.
