1. Mr. Koley, learned counsel submits that he has instruction to appear for the alleged contemnors.

2. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner is requested to serve a copy of the contempt application on Mr. Koley during the course of the day.

3. It is also submitted by Mr. Saptarshi Datta, learned counsel, that since he appeared on behalf of respondent nos.4 and 5 in the main writ petition and may be a relevant party herein.

Hence, the copies of the contempt application be also served on Mr. Datta during the course of the day.

4. The matter shall next be listed on September 08, 2023.
