The revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, 7th Court, Alipore. Records reflect that the interim order was granted till February 3, 2017. The interim order was, thereafter, never extended for a period of four years. Having regard to the facts which have been canvassed in the revisional application I am of the view that the issues relate to question of facts, and as such no interference can be made at this stage..

I am of the view, no interim order is called for at this stage. Accordingly, CRR 629 of 2011 is dismissed.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
