The learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that he is in custody in excess of one year seven months. Charge sheet was submitted on September 21, 2019 and the charges are yet to be framed.

State is represented.

Perused the Case Diary. Considering the gravity of the offence and the contents of the Case Diary, prima facie establishing the complicity of the petitioner in the incident we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. The application for bail, being CRM 2061 of 2021, is thus dismissed.
