This is an application praying for quashing of a proceeding in Misc. Criminal Case No.757 of 2019 under Section 125 of the Code presently pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Howrah.

Learned Counsels appearing on behalf of the petitioners and the opposite party no.2 submit that a compromise and settlement has been arrived at between the private parties of all disputes that had led to the initiation of the present proceeding and a joint compromise application has been filed in this regard.

As it is open to the opposite party no.2/wife of the petitioner no.1 to withdraw the application under Section 125 of the Code before the learned Trial Court, no order need be passed on this application. Accordingly, the revisional application along with the application being CRAN 1 of 2022, stands disposed of.
