The revisional application was preferred challenging the order dated 25.11. 2010 passed by the Ld. 7th Additional District Judge at Alipore in Criminal Motion No.706/204 arising out of S.T. 1(2) 2000 under section 343/366 of the Indian Penal Code. Records of the present revisional application reflects that the matter appeared on 13.6. 2011 when none appeared to press the revisional application and as such the revision application has not been admitted till date.

Having regard to the issues which have been raised in the revisional application, I am of the view that the same does not call for any interference.

Accordingly, CRR 633 of 2011 is dismissed.
