Smt. Shampa Dey and others In Re: CRAN 1 of 2021 The grounds so assigned in the application for condonation of delay are found to be just and sufficient. Accordingly, delay is condoned. The application being CRAN 1 of 2021 is, thus, allowed.

In Re: CRR 524 of 2021 The present revisional application appeared on 24th February, 2021 and 6th April, 2021 when on the prayer of the learned advocate for the petitioner, the matter was adjourned. The subject matter of the revisional application relates to judgment and order dated 15.07.2020 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Hooghly in Criminal Motion No.67 of 2019 which arose out of an order dated 01.10.2019 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate (1st Class), Additional Court, Chinsurah in M.C. Case No.324 of 2015.

Records reflect that the present petitioner being aggrieved by the judgment delivered by the learned Judicial Magistrate was pleased to approach the learned Sessions Court invoking its revisional jurisdiction. The learned Sessions Court by the judgment

and order dated 15.07.2020 was pleased to modify the order directing the husband to pay Rs.3,000/- per month to the wife and Rs.2,500/- per month to the child, aggregating to a sum of Rs.5,500/- per month along with the current maintenance till the arrear is exhaustive.

I find that there is no illegality in the order passed by the learned Sessions Judge while exercising its revisional jurisdiction. As such, no interference is called for.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 524 of 2021 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
