Hence, it is submitted by learned counsel for the alleged contemnor that the allegations made in the contempt application no longer remain valid.

Upon considering the submission of the parties, it transpires that in view of having fixed a date for hearing, the alleged contemnor cannot be said to be

guilty of any contumacious act or violation of an order of the court.

Accordingly, CPAN 193 of 2021 is dismissed without any order as to costs.

WPCRC of stands discharged accordingly.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
