1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties. We have considered the materials on record.

2. Bail prayer of co-accused was rejected in August, 2023.

3. Petitioner stands on the same footing with the said co-accused.

4. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

5. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.

6. Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date, preferably within one year from the next date fixed for recording evidence without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
