None appeared for the petitioner on October 8, 2021 also. It appears from the statements recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the victim that the petitioner is directly implicated.

Considering the gravity of the offence and considering the materials in the case diary and the complicity of the petitioner appearing therefrom, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM 2065 of 2021, is rejected.
