The alleged contemnor submits that the necessary process has already been taken and some meetings have already been done to restore the issue. Some documents are required in respect of the employment of the husband of the present petitioner. The same process may be concluded within a very short period.

The matter is taken to be noted that the IIEST, Shibpur (erstwhile-BESU) shall provide necessary assistance to the alleged contemnor so that the matter can be reserved. The alleged contemnor is further directed to make

communication with the BESU in respect of the instant order by supplying a copy of the same to the petitioners.
