Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is aggrieved regarding the inaction of the police authorities and, as such, has approached this Court. Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate appearing for the State submits a report. Report reflects that in respect of case and the counter case which has been registered, charge-sheet has already been submitted before the jurisdictional court.

Having considered that substantial time has passed since the charge-sheet was submitted, petitioner be well advised to take steps before the jurisdictional court in seisin of the respective criminal cases.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 4799 of 2025 along with CAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of. Report so submitted be kept with the record.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
