The petitioner's grievance in this writ application is for prohibiting the illegal and unauthorised plying of e-rickshaw and trekkers in the route of Shantipur Railway Station to Nrishinghapur, Nadia. In this respect, the petitioner made one representation to the authorities on 23rd December, 2020 which is Annexure 'P-10' to the writ application.

Petitioner's grievance today is that the representation has not been considered and no step has been taken in respect of the allegations made in the said representation till date.

In such circumstances, after hearing the parties, I direct the respondent no.4 to consider the representation of the petitioner within a period of ten weeks from the date of communication of this order

after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners or their authorised representative. The decision thereof is to be communicated to the person who will appear before the authorities within a period of two weeks thereafter.

With the above directions, the writ application is disposed of.

The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the writ application on the respondent no.4 along with a copy of this order immediately without which no step could be taken by the said respondent no.4.

Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
