The writ petitioner is aggrieved that his wife and sons have inflicted torture upon him. It is also submitted that the sons have damaged portions of the premises.

Counsel for the private respondents submits that the proceedings under Section 498A and 125 of the Cr. P. C. have been filed and are pending. The dispute is primarily private and family in nature. The O. C., Joypur Police Station shall, however ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area. The private respondents undertake that they will not create any disturbance to the petitioner allowing peaceful living.

Parties may pursue and take out any other civil or criminal proceedings against each other in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
